Having worked as a compliance auditor for Oracle EMEA, he is very well used to Oracle license negotiations, contractual pitfalls and the opportunities they can create for customers. He has played a crucial role within the license restructuring of many of the FTSE organizations, while managing friendly – and hostile – audits and getting the best commercial solutions. The technical knowledge he and the Cerno team provide has proven to be invaluable in managing both commercial and contractual negotiations.
